Salary: $124,888 to $136,747 + 12% Super

Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager Information Technology, this role is accountable for providing the most effective and efficient support services that the Information Systems directorate must provide to all VICSES members.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and secure access to VICSES systems and information for VICSES members.
* Support technical and system administration officers, both internal and external to VICSES.
* Support suppliers of technology and related services.
The role also advises fellow managers, reports to the Chief Information Officer on the status of information systems support and resources, maintains relationships with counterparts in other agencies, and may provide support to operational staff during major or declared operations.

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service. Our highly skilled and equipped volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. VICSES works with communities and partners to build resilience, minimise the impact of emergencies, and empower communities to prepare for events. We are the largest road rescue network in Australia, providing 24/7 response to road accidents, collaborating with Victoria Police, the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Parks Victoria and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
