About the Role:
You will work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities, guiding and supporting participants on their journey to employment while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment using a person-centred approach.
* Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants.
* Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training.
* Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
* Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
* Achieve programme performance and quality benchmarks.
* Keep accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements.
* Participate in the local community to promote services.
Required Attributes:
* Be passionate and motivated with a positive attitude and strong desire to help participants succeed in employment.
* Be a relationship builder with strong customer-service skills who can build positive relationships with participants and employers.
* Show attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
* Be a problem solver who thinks outside the square and develops strategies to place participants into sustainable employment.
* Show confidence using computers and online systems.
