What you'll do
As part of the engineering team, you will:
Build and improve our products (including PlanSafe and PlanStudio).
Ship end-to-end features across the UI, backend services, and databases.
Contribute to sprint planning and deliver iterations that move the product forward.
Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high quality as we scale.
Collaborate closely with teams outside engineering so what we build works in the real world.
Help guide architecture and technical direction.

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you:
Enjoy full-stack variety and can move between UI and APIs confidently.
Write clean, tested, maintainable code and care about reliability.
Like the pace of a scale-up: autonomy, ambiguity, and quick learning.
Bring solid capability in C#/.NET, Node, TypeScript, and React (or adjacent modern UI frameworks).
Have strong programming fundamentals - like good building foundations, you're confident with the basics and use them to build features that stay solid as the product grows.
Are comfortable working across Brisbane core hours (10am–4pm AEST) so we can collaborate effectively
Knowledge in Azure, containers, performance profiling, build tooling (Webpack/tsc/esbuild), rendering/WebGL.
