About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to assess, diagnose, and manage paediatric clients with communication and/or feeding disorders across varied service models.
This flexible role supports autonomy, professional development, and work-life balance while delivering life-changing outcomes for children and their families.
Reporting directly to the Practice Director, some of your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based speech pathology assessments and therapy in clinics, schools, homes, or online.
Contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team culture and sharing knowledge through peer mentoring.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives, community education and health promotion programs.
Collaborating with families, educators, and allied professionals to create tailored treatment plans.
About You The successful candidate will have: A recognised degree in Speech Pathology and current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience in paediatric speech pathology (desirable) or strong clinical placement experience if a new graduate.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused, ethical approach.
A valid Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, and Police Clearance.
