* Own collections and invoicing processes, managing LedgerUp to ensure proper customer payment submissions and accurate cash collection.
* Manage employee and company expense submissions through Brex, ensuring correct coding and categorization of all spend.
* Oversee accounts payable operations including Ramp/Airwallex systems, managing approval workflows, payment execution, and fraud detection.
* Lead payroll management with responsibility for Rippling implementation, ensuring accuracy of salary payments, bonuses, and employee records.
* Calculate, audit, and manage quarterly commission payments for the GTM organization and deploy commission plans for new employees.
* Ensure timely and accurate quarterly investor reporting and identify process improvements across financial operations.
* Partner cross‐functionally to maintain reliable execution, drive automation and efficiency gains, and support strategic financial analysis as needed.

* Comfort working across operational finance workflows such as payments, invoices, receivables, and expense management.
* Ability to work in a hands‐on environment where priorities may evolve and responsibilities can span multiple areas of finance.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* A process‐oriented mindset with an eye for efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement.
