A leading education institution is seeking a
Change Manager with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
to support a key transformation project. This role will help guide a marketing and engagement team through the transition from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is a hybrid role combining
change management
and
business analysis
, ideal for someone who can drive adoption, deliver training, and engage stakeholders while also supporting light BA activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change management initiatives to support adoption and engagement with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Deliver training, workshops, and upskilling sessions tailored to a marketing-focused audience.
* Provide hands-on support during the transition, ensuring users understand the functionality and value of the new platform.
* Collaborate with existing BAs to gather requirements, document user stories, and engage with non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Hybrid Capability:
* Proven experience in both change management and business analysis.
* Ability to drive user adoption and deliver effective communication and training strategies.
Technical Knowledge:
* Strong functional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (UI-focused).
* Experience in marketing CRM environments, including requirements gathering and user story creation.
* Familiarity with acceptance criteria and business process mapping in a marketing context.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident leading workshops and engaging non-technical audiences.
* Ability to clearly articulate the value and functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
