This may be through personal care, domestic assistance, respite, community access, meal preparation etc. Alongside this, having the responsibility for monitoring a client’s progress, reporting any concerns or changes and documenting accurate and relevant information in client files.Your morning might start with an elderly client needing assistance with daily tasks, such as having a shower and preparing breakfast. You may continue to your next client who seeks to move towards greater independence and develop new skills through social support.
