The primary role of a Casual Production Operator involves overseeing the safe operation of vegetable processing plant and equipment, receiving and managing raw materials, conducting quality checks and removing foreign objects, sorting, separating and grading raw materials.
* Operating vegetable processing machinery (e.g., decoring & floretting machines)
* Managing intake of raw materials
* Ensuring product quality through inspections and removal of contaminants
