World of Construction is seeking a full-time skilled Plasterer to join the team. This role requires a talented individual who can contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional plastering solutions for both residential and commercial properties in Perth, WA.
Salary: 75,000 – 85,000 plus Superannuation
Responsibilities:
* Execute internal and external plastering tasks with precision and efficiency.
* Carry out plastering tasks for both new constructions and renovations
* Handle a variety of services, including Venetian plaster, texture coating, ceiling repair and replacement, crack repair, and moulding installations.
* Participate in residential and commercial building projects, applying plastering skills to enhance the aesthetic and structural integrity of buildings.
* Work collaboratively with other construction professionals to meet project specifications and timelines.
* Work on both minor and major projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet MPS standards.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Solid Plastering (CPC31011) or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in plastering, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
* Familiarity with various plastering techniques and materials.
* Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
