ICG Group is a well-established and growing construction business operating across ICG Construction, ICG Fleming and PlastaMasta Wagga. We are seeking a capable finance and administration professional to support the Group's payroll, accounts and office operations.

This role can be shaped around the calibre of the successful candidate.

If you are an experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrator, the focus will centre on payroll, creditors, debtors and compliance.

If you bring broader bookkeeping experience, the role can expand to include higher-level financial oversight, reporting support and deeper involvement in business operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and smooth administration of the business, including:

Payroll

* Weekly payroll processing and reconciliation
* Award compliance, Superannuation and PAYG obligations
* Maintaining employee entitlements (LSL, leave balances, workers compensation)
* Payroll reporting and ATO requirements

Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Entering and coding supplier invoices in Xero
* Preparing progress claims and debtor invoices
* Monitoring outstanding accounts
* Managing subcontractor insurance compliance prior to payment
* Maintaining retention and bank guarantee registers

Financial Administration (expanded for bookkeeping-level candidates)

* Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
* Assisting with BAS preparation
* Supporting monthly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow forecasts)
* Maintaining strong financial controls across the Group

General Office & Administration

* Acting as the first point of contact for ICG Construction and ICG Fleming phone calls
* Welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional front office
* Managing mail, filing and document control
* Fuel card reconciliations, petty cash and vehicle registrations
* Maintaining insurance registers and confidential records
* Supporting general office operations as required

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced construction environment. Accuracy, professionalism and ownership are essential.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience in payroll and accounts administration or bookkeeping
* Is confident using Xero and Microsoft Office
* Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Can manage deadlines and competing priorities
* Understands confidentiality and compliance

Construction industry experience is highly regarded.
