Newly launched leadership role - Growth & Transformation Lead the design and delivery of transformative strategies with agility Full time permanent & hybrid - Brisbane RSL Queensland (RSLQ) is a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation delivering innovative programs and initiatives that support veterans and their families.
The Growth & Transformation department is responsible for driving new growth and revenue opportunities to ensure the long-term sustainability of RSLQ, as well as delivering its transformation project.
With an entrepreneurial approach, the Growth business unit works to identify, develop and implement revenue streams that support RSL Queensland in achieving its strategic goals.
As Head of Innovation and Growth, you'll lead the design and delivery of transformative strategies that drive sustainable growth, embed a culture of innovation, and position the organisation for long-term commercial success in an increasingly competitive environment.

About you: Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in innovation, strategy, or growth-related roles.
Formal qualifications in business, strategy, or similar, or equivalent commercial experience paired with your entrepreneurial spirit Experience in delivering large-scale innovation programs and initiatives Proven ability to diagnose, resolve and communicate complex problems Outstanding commercial acumen with experience in developing sustainable revenue models and demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across multiple sectors Experience in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments Strong understanding of change management and transformation processes.
