Key Responsibilities
* Carry out and lead day-to-day transfer station operations, including waste handling, sorting, and machinery operation.
* Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site practices through hands-on leadership.
* Coordinate daily tasks and work closely with team members to meet operational goals.
* Operate site equipment and machinery as required (e.g. loaders, compactors, forklifts).
* Supervise all transfer station operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
