We are seeking an experienced retail leader to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This is a part-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in leading a team of five team members.


Job Summary

* Support the store manager in leading a team of five in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs through effective management and leadership.
* Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Oversee daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
