**About the Role, but not limited to**:

- Greeting clients, managing meeting rooms
- Internal and external customer service
- Data entry and database record management
- Staff amenities management
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Assisting with organisation of company events
- General administrative duties
- Answering and transferring all incoming calls
- Assisting property managers with enquiries
- Staff amenities management
- General administrative duties

**Experienced required**:

- **Experience in real estate/property is essential**:

- Previous experience in an admin/receptionist role
- Tidy presentation and professional attitude
- Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
- Team player enjoys collaborating and working with a high-performing team
