Financial Reporting Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the organisation. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager – Corporate Accounting to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process various aspects of the month-end accounting process under IFRS guidelines.
* Oversee group CAPEX and inventory reporting, ensuring consistency in data presentation.
* Assist in preparing the group's consolidated monthly management reports, providing insightful commentary on financial performance.
* Support the corporate budgeting process, helping to inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately and promptly, minimising discrepancies and errors.
* Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
* Prepare and lodge necessary documentation for external stakeholders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Participate in finance projects, taking on other appropriate tasks within corporate finance.
Group Controlling:
* Establish and maintain consistency in reporting hierarchy across the group, ensuring seamless integration of data.
* Provide guidance to operating businesses on hierarchy set-up and decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
