This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead a dynamic team and oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.
The successful candidate will have:
* A relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience, including four additional mandatory competencies.
* Proven skills and experience in developing behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead, and support a team of residential care workers.
* Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff, and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment.
