We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team.
About the Role:
* Maintain and grow market share across Australia & New Zealand.
* Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle - from generating and qualifying new leads through to closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify, target, and engage new business opportunities across assigned markets.
2. Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and needs analysis through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
3. Build a strong and active pipeline by consistently prospecting and qualifying new opportunities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition efforts.
5. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to leadership.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development.
* Proven success in end-to-end sales, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
* Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
* Strong consultative selling skills and a hunter mentality.
* Ability to build your own pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients.
