Skills & experience
You will be a Corporate/Commercial lawyer at Associate level.
Your new role
You will provide general commercial advice (Employment, Leasing, Supply Contracts) to well-known Australian retailers including major fashion brands; Mergers and Acquisitions (real estate outlets, US based funds, Australian accounting firms and Vendors); and act for mining companies on negotiation of high value minerals export contracts and on major commercial negotiations.
Benefits
