**As HR/Recruitment Officer ***
you will support the delivery of high-quality and compliant HR advisory services across all areas of the organisation. Your expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, and HRIS (Subscribe-HR) management will see you play an integral role in facilitating continued growth for the organisation.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- supporting the Head of People & Culture on strategic HR and talent attraction/retention initiatives
- assisting the recruitment, interviewing and selection of employees (including contract preparation)
- coordinating on-boarding of new employees (including facilitation of induction)
- providing systems support (Human Resources Information System) to employees and managers
- supporting the Head of People & Culture with handling and resolving HR-related questions, requests and concerns from employees and management.
**Our ideal HR/Recruitment Officer...**
will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) and have (at least) two-year's experience in a similar role. Experience working in Disability and Aged Care is desirable, however not essential.

You will have availability between 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday - Friday), and possess:
- current National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
