Within Group Marketing, are our Brand, Media, and Content team of Marketing experts who align best in class marketing to support the business to achieve their strategic goals.

**About the role**

We currently have a full time, permanent opportunity for a Brand Coordinator to join the team. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy and Content you will be hands-on in providing support to the team to develop and deliver on the Bank's brand strategy, plans, and activity.

Bring your campaign experience, and interest or passion for brand marketing, to a role where you'll get to work with a collaborative team of experts that are passionately dedicated and proud to be custodians of the Bank's brand. Ideally this role will be based in one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, or Adelaide for the two days per week office-based work, noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.

As Brand Coordinator you'll get to:

- Ensure that the Brand Asset Management platform has relevant and effective content and marketing collateral
- Assist in the implementation, tracking and measurement of brand campaigns
- Coordinate campaign activity required to deliver to brief
- Develop and foster successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Work with external agency partners and freelancers as required

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

- Proven experience in a similar brand or marketing role
- Demonstrated experience in campaign coordination highly regarded
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and decision making capabilities
- Proven problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Intermediate competency across the MS Office suite
- Experience in project management will be highly regarded
