We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience in software development and demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in line with business requirements.
* Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
* Analyse user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
* Ensure software performance, security, and responsiveness.
* Assist in system architecture design and implementation.
* Maintain technical documentation and system reports.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant.
* Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and company standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Other Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
* Experience with frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, or .
NET.
* Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
