**The Company**
Our client is a fantastic and supportive Accounting firm, located in Hawthorn with amazing modern offices. They offer WFH and ongoing support.
**The Opportunity**
They are looking to fill the role of Team Administrator.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Supporting the Accounting team
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Assisting with Debtors
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
**About You**
- 1 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position.
- Experience using MYOB AE is highly regarded, however is not essential
- Understanding of the ATO portal
- Proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
