Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Investment Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the family office's investment operations, you will play a vital role in managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting across diverse portfolios, and contributing to a high-performing team that values your attention to detail and proactive approach.
This role involves coordinating fund subscription documents, including agreements, questionnaires, and side letters; compiling KYC requirements for new investments and entities; recording and reconciling fund transactions such as capital calls, distributions, and income allocations; monitoring and accounting for fund valuations, including NAVs and fair value adjustments; preparing and reviewing management accounts and month-end reporting; recording and reconciling real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and rental income; and managing tax compliance, statutory filings, and working closely with external advisors.
