About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality maintenance, service, and repair work on commercial laundry and kitchen appliances, ensuring clients receive fast, safe, and reliable service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment Performing scheduled maintenance, testing, and calibration of machinery Managing breakdown calls and ensuring timely completion of all service requests Liaising with customers to deliver professional, customer-focused support Maintaining accurate service records using company-provided iPad systems Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with all company policies and industry standards About You The successful candidate will have: Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding and servicing of industrial or commercial machinery A current Driver's Licence and the ability to work autonomously An Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (essential) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills What's in it for You?
