Contracts Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team based on the Gold Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large scale multi-residential developments valued at up to $150M.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Work closely with the procurement team
* Engage with all internal project stakeholders
* Progress claim assistance and external variations
* Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
* Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
To be considered for this position you will require:
* Previous experience working as a CA or Senior CA on commercial or multi-res projects
* Experience of working on projects of at least $50M in value
* Willingness to support and train junior CA's
* Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
* Previous experience managing sub-contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration
* Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
