Job Overview
In Queensland, Community Corrections oversees approximately 18,000 individuals in the community under its supervision. This encompasses around 3,300 Indigenous and 3,200 female individuals.
The organization is divided into seven regions with 34 district offices and 133 reporting centers that work together to support this endeavor.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance, encompassing diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as required.
* Support staff members with various tasks, reports, and correspondence.
* Maintain facilities, equipment, and asset registries to ensure optimal functionality.
* Liaise with internal and external agencies as needed for effective collaboration.
* Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive files and documents at all times.
* Monitor and maintain the Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS) for accurate data tracking.
This role necessitates a high level of administrative support and may involve additional duties beyond primary accountabilities.
