**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Australia & New Zealand Marketing Manager to join our Construction Equipment team to manage our products/services competitive positioning in order to reach market share, volumes and profitability objectives through approved market and communication strategy. Working closely with our dealer network to coordinate joint marketing plans and marketing campaigns.
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Developing and managing annual marketing plans and budgets
- Identifying best product recommendations and offerings to meet market requirements.
- Arranging efficient communication of dealer and customer product feedback
- Coordinating new product launches
- Continuously monitoring, auditing and analysing competitor price activity
- Developing price list configurations
- Owning the Construction Equipment reputation and recognition including brand, PR and communications
- Conducting continual market reviews. consumer trends and activities of competitors.
**Requirements**:
- A Marketing degree or similar with 4 years' experience in a sales management role in Constriction or related industry would be ideal.
- Highly developed management, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- A thorough understanding of business systems and processes
- A thorough understanding of Sales Management and B2B retail selling
- An understanding of Construction Equipment users' needs and expectation in respect of machinery performance and dealer performance.
