The Opportunity
We are seeking an Organisational Learning and Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and reporting of our programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose business needs and design solutions
* Design and manage L&D programs
* Engage stakeholders and manage external suppliers
* Facilitate forums and workshops
* Manage compliance and reporting
* Lead a team of 2 professionals
Requirements:
* Documented success in a similar OD role
* Desire to take experience to a senior level
* Influence through a matrix environment
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education or similar
