Role Overview
We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Innovation PMO Manager within our SDI Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑performing team and manage a portfolio of innovation projects that shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities
* Lead and resource a team of Project Management specialists
* Oversee a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
* Foster the Sani secret sauce within cross‑functional teams
* Drive continuous improvement in processes
* Be part of the SDI Leadership team
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, with a strong background in food innovation projects
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing high‑performing teams
* Expertise in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint workflows)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
