You have experience in corporate insolvency—perhaps as a Senior or Supervisor Insolvency Accountant, Insolvency Practice Manager, or Liquidator’s team member. You know the ins and outs of insolvency processes and compliance and have a keen interest in technology, platforms, and systems.

The Role
As an Insolvency Platform Product Support Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for Australian users of Aryza’s corporate insolvency software. This isn’t a sales role—you’ll provide support and advisory services to existing clients, ensuring they get the most out of the platform.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Troubleshooting & Support : Assist clients with queries via an enquiry portal, email, or phone.
* User Training & Onboarding : Help new and existing users navigate the software.
* Process & Documentation : Prepare release notes, knowledge articles, and client checklists.
* System Optimisation : Work with clients to refine document templates and workflow processes.
What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in insolvency (as a software user or in a support role).
* Strong knowledge of corporate insolvency processes in Australia.
* Previous experience with insolvency software (Insol6, MYOB, Core IPS) is a big plus.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
