* Generating leads to build your database & expand local market share
* Appraising, preparing, listing & marketing property to potential buyers
* Demonstrating knowledge of current market trends
* Ability to negotiate between buyers & sellers
Skills Required
* Experience with Google's Workspace/G Suite of products
* Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
* Strong work ethic & self motivated
* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
* Willingness to learn and progress your career
* Excellent time management, great organisation and problem-solving skills
* Well presented with a confident and mature demeanour
* Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
* Current assistant agent certificate or real estate licence & current NSW driver's licence with reliable car
