The Opportunity
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Draftsperson to join our Brilley Co team. In this role, you'll contribute to meaningful NDIS, community, and social housing projects, working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team.
Based in our Geelong office, this full‐time role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You'll Bring
* Strong proficiency in Revit
* Experience with block creation and manipulation
* Proven experience in NDIS, community, or social housing projects (essential)
* Up‐to‐date knowledge of Victorian building regulations and Australian Standards
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Familiarity with BIM/CAD software
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and take direction
