Dental Front Office Coordinator - Whitfords Dental Centre
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our busy dental clinic at Whitfords Dental Centre.
As the successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude and skilled energy toward client services for an established fully engaged client-base. We are looking for an applicant who can work 1 to 2 days per week with possibly more days.

The role:
Exceptional patient care and customer service are essential requirements to succeed in this role. Willingness to carry out all required duties is also an essential requirement for this position.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- Previous dental front office/reception experience is essential
- Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting is an advantage
- Familiarity and experience with D4W software is an advantage
- Team player
- Display high attention to detail
- Show initiative and flexibility
- Willingness to take direction, learn new skills and techniques and contribute back to the team
- Positive and friendly personality
- Well presented
- A bubbly and positive personality is essential
