About the Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‐to‐day clinical operations of a residential aged care unit, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
You will play a key role in:

About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience in aged care (essential)
* Leadership experience (Clinical Nurse / Acting NUM / Team Leader)
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Passion for delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care
