Hybrid Role
Responsibilities
* Respond to high-volume inbound calls
* Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
* Proactively identify and address customer needs
* Update and maintain accurate customer records
* Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
* Handle time-sensitive calls and complaints while managing challenging expectations
Availability
Must be available to work 38 hours a week on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm. No weekend work required.
Duties

Skills & Experience
* Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
* Use your initiative to assist others to reach common goals
* Be technically savvy
* Ability to problem solve and take initiative
* Have a high level of resilience
* Strong attention to detail
