About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a well-established team in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our customer service department, ensuring we deliver outstanding service across every customer interaction. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, helping us create and implement policies, improve service processes, and resolve customer issues with a focus on excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Developing, implementing, and reviewing customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experiences.
Monitoring key performance metrics and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
Managing and resolving escalated customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Customer Service Management or Team Leader role.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused mindset.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
