The Opportunity

This is not your average sales role — this is a relationship-driven, high-impact position targeting major farmers, contractors, and agribusinesses across Canberra, Goulburn & the South Coast.

You’ll be stepping into a high-performing territory with strong brand recognition, backed by one of Australia’s leading agricultural equipment dealers. Your role is simple:
👉 Build relationships
👉 Understand customer operations
👉 Deliver the right machinery solutions
👉 Close deals and grow your territory

This is a role for someone who backs themselves, understands the land, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term business.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll have access to a full product suite — giving you multiple revenue streams and bigger deal sizes:

Tractors (43HP – 170HP+)
Implements & Machinery:

* Cultivation & Seeding Equipment

* Sprayers & Spreaders

* Balers (Round & Square)

* Rotary Rakes, Tedders & Disc Mowers

* Forage Wagons

* Buckets, Forks & Attachments

* Skid Steers & Excavators

💡 Plus: Strong used equipment pipeline and trade-in support to help you close deals faster.

Your Market

While the focus is on large-scale farmers & contractors, there’s strong opportunity across:

* Local Councils

* Wineries

* Golf Courses

* Lifestyle / Hobby Farmers

* Landscaping & Garden Contractors

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience selling Tractors, Implements OR AGG Equipment

* Minimum 2+ years in a sales role

* Strong relationship-building and territory management skills

* Willingness to travel across ACT & Southern NSW

* Genuine passion for agriculture and rural industries

Salary & Benefits

💰 $85K – $95K Base + Super
💰 $150K In Commission

Package Includes:

* Company 4WD + Fuel Card

* Autonomy – no micromanagement
