About the Opportunity
As a seasoned retail professional, you will take on a leadership role as a Regional Manager in Tasmania. You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 10 stores and a team of nearly 100 staff members across an established portfolio of apparel brands.
This is a critical role that plays a significant part in shaping team capabilities, elevating store performance, and ensuring consistent execution across people, operations, and customer experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams to achieve sales targets and key performance metrics
* Drive recruitment, induction, and ongoing succession planning to maintain a high-performing team
* Manage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage control to optimize store profitability
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional execution to drive sales and customer engagement
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all stores
* Conduct regular store visits and guide operational excellence to ensure consistency and quality
About You
You are a hands-on leader with experience managing comparable retail portfolios within Area Management in fashion, apparel, or big-box retail environments.
You possess:
* A proven track record of leading multi-site teams to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
* A disciplined approach to planning, performance management, and execution
* Confidence working remotely while remaining highly connected and engaged
* A versatile communication style suited to diverse teams and customer profiles
