Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is seeking an experienced and values‐driven General Manager – Integrated Care (Health Manager Level 6) to provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of community‐focused health services.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive integrated, patient‐centred models of care that improve outcomes, experience and equity for individuals and communities across the Mid North Coast.
About the role
As General Manager – Integrated Care, you will
* Lead and manage district‐wide Integrated Care Services, including Community Health, Palliative Care, Aged Care, Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Integrated Primary Care (refer to position description for full portfolio description)
* Provide executive leadership in clinical and corporate governance, quality & safety, workforce planning and financial management
* Drive service development, reform and innovation, aligned with NSW Health priorities
* Build strong partnerships across primary care, acute care, community organisations and government agencies
* Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams

Remuneration
Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s. These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
