This position is responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing yard logistics, and safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
* Load and unload trucks using a forklift
* Manage yard organisation and stock control
* Prepare materials for dispatch to job sites
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and site teams
* Complete delivery documentation and basic admin tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
* Current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or construction environments
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
* Basic computer skills (desirable but not essential)
