The Senior Account Director will be immersed deeply in the business, supporting a range of projects spanning brand through to digital, all connected back to solving business challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
* Nurturing relationships at the most senior client level
* Creating an environment to enable strong creative solutions
* Delivering against financial objectives agreed with management
* Identifying and exploiting growth opportunities to maximise income generation
* Having a point of view on agency culture, vision, and business development for senior management
Requirements
A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for creative solutions is required. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams, excellent negotiation skills, and demonstrated financial acumen in managing budgets and forecasting are essential.
