Strategic Partnership Lead
This role is a critical component of our organization's transition to renewables. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of strategic frameworks, partnerships, and advocacy approaches that support our social performance and social licence outcomes across renewable and cleaner energy developments.
- Develop and implement evidence-based high impact strategies and frameworks that drive long-term social outcomes and stakeholder value.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business unit priorities and influence key policy, regulatory and industry sector initiatives.
- Provide expertise input to governance structures, risk registers, project reviews, and milestone reports relating to social and stakeholder performance.
The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in social performance, stakeholder strategy, advocacy, or partnership development, preferably in the energy, infrastructure or resources sector. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, brief executives and present in public forums.
