The Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their Padstow office. This role is pivotal in supporting service operations through efficient administration and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and job creation.
* Manage emails and liaise with clients and suppliers.
* Maintain and review job management systems
* Oversee uniform stock and general office administration.
* Prepare reports and assist managers, supervisors, and technicians.

* Excellent time management and organisation ability.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Computer proficiency; experience with job management systems is a plus.
