Job Overview:
As an Electronic Gaming Attendant, you will receive training and licence qualifications in the operation of casino gaming machines.

The Role:
* You will have a genuine interest in the service and entertainment industry and enjoy engaging with customers to provide support with a variety of game types, jackpots, promotions and casino events.
* We currently have permanent part-time and casual positions available.

About You:
* Current Statements of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling are mandatory pre-requisites for successful appointment to the role.
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
* Minimum of 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites.
* Willing to participate in training to learn the operation of casino gaming machines, loyalty program, jackpots, promotions and casino events, with a focus on supporting safer gambling practices.
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and acquire new skills quickly.
* Multilingual candidates, especially those who speak Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese, are highly desirable.
