Synergie is seeking experienced and entry level Forklift Operators, Mill Operators, and Storeperson / Allrounders for multiple ongoing manufacturing and warehouse opportunities across well-established industrial operations in Townsville.
Forklift Operators (5 Positions Available)
Need to Knows:
* Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (2 positions)
* Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm (3 positions)
* $35 – $36 per hour casual
* Permanent / full-time opportunities after 6 months
Mill Operator – Purlin, Flashings & Gutters (2 Positions)
Need to Knows
* Monday to Friday | Day shift
* $34 per hour casual
* Full-time opportunity after 6 months
Storeperson / Allrounders (2 Positions)
Need to Knows
* Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (varied roster options available)
* $35 per hour casual
What you will be required to do:
* Operate forklifts safely to load, unload and move stock
* Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
* Support manufacturing/mill operations (flashings, gutters and related products)
* Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks
To be successful in the role you will:
* Hold a valid forklift licence (preferred for most roles)
* Have previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience (desirable)
* Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
* Have reliable transport and ability to attend consistent shifts
* Hold full Australian working rights
