We are a fast growing DTC gut health brand selling supplement and a proprietary gut microbiome test. We've scaled rapidly and now we're ready to add affiliates as a serious growth channel. This is a build-from-scratch role.
What you'll do
You'll own our affiliate program end-to-end - partner recruitment, creative briefs, tracking, compliance, reporting and optimisation. You'll build the affiliate base from zero, and scale the channel into a meaningful contributor to revenue.
Who you are
A proven track record building and scaling affiliate programs in DTC, ideally health, wellness, supplements, or beauty. You've done this before - successfully - and can talk specifics about partners you've recruited and revenue you've driven.
You're a self-starter. You don't need a playbook handed to you, because you've written your own. You're comfortable owning a blank page and turning it into a channel.
You understand compliance matters in our category. Working knowledge of FSANZ advertising requirements is a significant plus; if you don't have it, you're someone who will get up to speed fast.
You're commercially sharp, data-driven, and comfortable reporting directly to the COO.
