About The Role
This consultant is part of Workday's APAC Global Services organization, focusing on the implementation of our Human Capital Management cloud-based software. The role works with the evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio, including Workday reporting tools, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics.
Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
* Help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
* Apply knowledge of financial terminologies, core design principles, common data modelling and reporting patterns.
* Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across multiple countries.
* Deliver on assigned schedules to meet project timelines.
* Contribute to the customer experience to achieve high satisfaction.
* Collaborate across teams in a diverse, fast‐paced environment.
* Mentor and share best practices with team members.
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of data modelling experience.
* 4+ years of HCM reporting or Workday reporting experience.
* 3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience.
* Ability to obtain, hold, and maintain a required security clearance.
Other Qualifications
* Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices and typical reporting needs in HR.
* General understanding of APIs.
* Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN language.
* Understanding of Security/Data Governance.
* Strong technical problem‐solving skills.
* Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
* Good consulting and presentation skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‐training.
* Motivation to understand various technologies used at Workday.
* Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
