Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving workforce plans, employee relations, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective workforce strategies
* Provide expert advice on employee relations and workplace policies
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organisation
* Drive performance management processes and professional development programs
* Collaborate on organisational change and culture-building projects
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources
* Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices. Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry is also essential.
