About the role
We are looking for Disability Support Workers in our supported independent living arrangements in Oxenford to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
* Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
* Providing positive behaviour support to our clients
* Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
* Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
* Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
* Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
* Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team
What we offer:
Part-time/Casual positions
Competitive Pay Rates up to $45.94/hour
Weekend Rate: up to $101.06

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
Mental Health Experience
Trauma Informed Experience
Problem-Solving Skills
Complex Behavior Experience
Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
