What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Geebung is seeking a Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this position, you will be responsible for operating our PMB and Emulsion plant to produce bitumen and emulsion to specifications.
Together with the following:
Plan activities for production of Bitumen and Emulsion.
Communicate directly with customers and transport drivers to schedule orders and load vehicles.
Work closely with quality control team to ensure bitumen and emulsion meets customer specifications.
Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings and comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules.
Ideally, we are seeking previous experience in a production environment (although not essential), with a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices. You will have a willingness to work well in a team environment and drive culture standards. As well as:
Have an ability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required.
Have some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance.
A valid Driver's License.
A HR, HC or Forklift license will be advantageous.
